Chris Stuart and Backcountry
Performing original and traditional bluegrass and Americana, Chris Stuart & Backcountry features vocals, guitar, banjo, resonator guitar and upright bass. They are a 2004 International Bluegrass Music Association showcase band and have a song, Silver Quarter from their Saints and Strangers CD on the Bluegrass Unlimited magazine bluegrass chart.

Their song Silver Quarter is #9 on the Bluegrass Unlimited National Survey singles chart, and the album Saints and Strangers is #10 on the album chart. Also an article on Chris is in the July '04 issue of Bluegrass Unlimited.
